HEIDI SIKINA - CONSULTANT'S ASSISTANT
Heidi was born in Berlin, Germany. Growing up on a farm in rural Alberta with six brothers and sisters helped Heidi with her negotiating skills and how to deal with stressful situations.
Heidi spent twenty years in the floral industry, managing tight deadlines while expressing her creativity. She had a wonderful time at Westjet as a Call Centre Consultant and the Care Giver Trainer where she was able to offer great customer service and develop her potential. She has worked as a project manager with a painting company, bringing together her abilities to meet deadlines, motivate her team and provide quality service and workmanship.
Heidi also participates on the Board of her own self managed Condominium. Through this experience she went to work for a document review firm which set a foundation of understanding documents, board governance and addressing needs of buyers, sellers, Boards, Owners and Management companies. She is now pleased to join Accredited Condominium Management Services and continues to use her extensive experience to provide support to the clients and the ACMS team.
