The office hours for ACMS are from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday and 8:30 AM till 4:00 PM on Fridays. In the event of an emergency the 24 hour, 365 days a year ACMS answering service will respond through our normal office telephone number (403)253-7525.

ACMS defines an Emergency as something that takes place which could result in an insurance claim and where time is of the essence.  For example:  an Emergency would be fire, flooding, sewer backup, heating failure and plumbing water leak.
