MICHAEL WARD - CONDOMINIUM CONSULTANT
Michael Ward was born in Victoria, BC but grew up in Oakville, Ontario for 20+ years where he completed his schooling. He made the move to Calgary in the spring of 2009 to explore his career opportunities. Since then, he has worked in the residential property management field where he has gained valuable experience, which leads him to his current role with ACMS. Michael has a great personality and is highly motivated. He has a strong background in all aspects of property operations, business and customer service.Michael has recently managed 240 town home style units. He was a leasing agent and Residential property manager previous to that. This lead him to a promotion as a Renovation Manager which entailed preparation of budgets, auditing, and assisting the Capital Expenditures department with all company owned apartments throughout Canada.
Mike thoroughly enjoys playing and watching sports as well as being outdoors and being with his friends and family. He currently plays hockey all year round and enjoys the golf season.
