TIM ALLAN- CONDOMINIUM CONSULTANT
Tim was born in Davidson, Saskatchewan and is proud of his family's agricultural heritage. The lifestyle of farming is all about adaptability and learning to make the best of any situation.Tim brings more than 25 years of business management expertise to ACMS, having owned and managed three different companies, the most recent being a Calgary-based property maintenance company offering services in Landscaping, Grounds care and onsite maintenance. Tim started his construction career in Calgary in the early 1980's and is a licensed journeyman with several trade certifications, including his Red Seal designation in Plumbing and Gas fitting.
For a number of years Tim was a licensed Realtor and member of the Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB). He currently owns rental properties, including Condos throughout Calgary.
